Yahya narrated from Khadash, from Hisham ibn Hassan, from Muhammad ibn Sirin, who said: "They used to turn about in their prayers until this verse was revealed, so they lowered their gazes, and one of them would look towards the place of his prostration."
يَحْيَى: عَنْ خَدَاشٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ): " كَانُوا يَلْتَفِتُونَ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ، فَغَضُّوا أَبْصَارَهُمْ، فَكَانَ أَحَدُهُمْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى مَوضِع سُجُوده ".
