"And it is He who originated for you [the faculty of hearing, sight, and hearts]" meaning: He created [them]. "Little do you give thanks" meaning: the fewest among you are those who give thanks; that is: who believe.
﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي أنشأ لكم﴾ أَيْ: خَلَقَ. ﴿قَلِيلا مَا تَشْكُرُونَ﴾ أَقَلُّكُمْ مَنْ يَشْكُرْ؛ أَيْ: يُؤْمِنُ.
