and overlook [it]." So Abu Bakr said: "Indeed, by Allah, I will not withhold from him any kindness that I used to provide him before today."
وَتَجَاوَزْ. فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: لَا جَرَمَ، وَاللَّهِ لَا أَمْنَعُهُ مَعْرُوفًا كُنْتُ أُولِيهِ إِيَّاهُ قَبْلَ الْيَوْمِ ".
