﴿لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غير مسكونة﴾ يَعْنِي: الْفَنَادِقَ ﴿فِيهَا مَتَاعٌ لَكُمْ﴾ قَالَ السُّدِّيُّ: يَعْنِي: مَنَافِعَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الْحَرِّ وَالْبَرْدِ؛ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ (أَنْ يَسْتَأْذِنَ) فِيهَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهَا أهل يسكنونها.
