[Do you not see that Allah is glorified by whoever is in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with wings outspread?] - with their wings. [Each has known its prayer and its glorification] - Mujahid's interpretation: The prayer is for the believers, and the glorification is [for all else] of the creation.
﴿أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ من فِي السَّمَاوَات وَالْأَرْض وَالطير صافات﴾ بِأَجْنِحَتِهَا ﴿كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلاتَهُ وتسبيحه﴾ تَفْسِيرُ مُجَاهِدٍ: الصَّلَاةُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَالتَّسْبِيحُ [لِمَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ] مِنَ الْخَلْقِ
