So that they may be the rulers over the people of other religions.

Yahya: From Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid, from [Sulaym] ibn Amir al-Kala'i, who said: I heard al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying: "There will not remain upon the face of the earth any house of mud-brick nor of wool (tent), except that Allah will cause the word of Islam to enter it, by the honor of the honorable or the humiliation of the humiliated; either Allah grants them honor and makes them among its people, or He humiliates them and they submit to it."
