And my tongue will not loosen.
Muhammad said: As for those who recited both in the nominative case, it is based on the beginning of a new sentence (isti'naf). 'So send to Aaron' [like His saying] 'And appoint him as a partner in my affair.'
وَلَا يَنْطَلِقَ لِسَانِي.
قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: وَمَنْ قَرَأَهُمَا بِالرَّفْعِ فَعَلَى الِابْتِدَاءِ. ﴿فَأرْسل إِلَى هَارُون﴾ [كَقَوْلِه] ﴿وأشركه فِي أَمْرِي﴾
