Muhammad said: "And the heaven, We built it" (wa-as-sama'a banaynaha), the meaning is: We built the heaven, We built it.
"And indeed, We are expanding [it]" (wa-inna la-musi'un) in provision.
قَالَ مُحَمَّد: ﴿وَالسَّمَاء بنيناها﴾ الْمَعْنى: بنينَا السَّمَاء بنيناها.
﴿وَإِنَّا لموسعون﴾ فِي الرزق
