His saying: "Its fruit" (tali'uha), meaning its produce, "is as if it were the heads of the devils," describing its ugliness thereby.
Muhammad said: When something is considered ugly, it is said: "It is like the face of a devil," or "It is like the head of a devil." Although the devil is not seen, it is sensed that he is the ugliest thing imaginable if one were to look at him. This is like the saying of Imru' al-Qais:
(Would he kill me while my Mashrafi sword lies beside me, and the brown spears are around me like the fangs of ogres?)
