"And they have no knowledge thereof," meaning that they are females, nor that they are the daughters of Allah. "They follow only conjecture," meaning: that is merely conjecture on their part.
﴿وَمَا لَهُم بِهِ مِنْ عِلْمٍ﴾ بِأَنَّهُم إناثٌ وَلَا بِأَنَّهُم بَنَات اللَّهِ ﴿إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَا الظَّنَّ﴾ أَي: إِن ذَلِك مِنْهُم ظن.
