"They denied Our signs, all of them," meaning the nine signs, which have already been mentioned. "So We seized them with the seizure of an Almighty, All-Powerful [One]" over His creation; He punished them with drowning.
﴿كذبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا كلهَا﴾ يَعْنِي التسع آيَات، وَقد مضى ذِكْرُها ﴿فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُقْتَدِرٍ﴾ على خلقه، عذبهم بِالْغَرَقِ
