adversity, but none ask Him for forgiveness except the believers. "Every day He is in a state of affairs." He causes to die and gives life to that which is born, He answers a supplicant, He gives to one who asks, He heals a sick person, and He releases a captive; His affairs are many and cannot be numbered. There is no god but Him.
Muhammad said: It is said the meaning is: He is in the process of executing what Allah has ordained to be on that day, and it is the view of Yahya.
Tafsir of Surat al-Rahman from verse 31 to verse 40.
الشدَّة، وَلَا يسْأَله الْمَغْفِرَة إِلَّا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْن﴾ يُمِيت وَيحيى مَا يُولد، ويجيب دَاعيا، وَيُعْطِي سَائِلًا، ويشفي مَرِيضا، ويفك عانيًا، وشأنه كثير لَا يُحْصَى؛ لَا إِلَه إِلَّا هُوَ.
قَالَ محمدٌ: قيل الْمَعْنى: هُوَ فِي تَنْفِيذ مَا قدر اللَّه أَن يكون فِي ذَلِك الْيَوْم، وَهُوَ مَذْهَب يحيى.
