"(It is) the abaser (and) the exalter." It has abased, by God, peoples to the Fire, and exalted peoples to Paradise.
﴿خافضة رَافِعَة﴾ خفضت وَالله أَقْوَامًا إِلَى النَّار، وَرفعت أَقْوَامًا إِلَى الْجنَّة
