{They will not be affected by it} - they will not suffer headaches from it. {Nor will they be intoxicated} - their (minds) will not be taken away.
﴿لَا يصدعون عَنْهَا﴾ لَا يصيبهم عَلَيْهَا صُدَاعٌ ﴿وَلا ينزفون﴾ لَا تذْهب
