"And why do you not spend in the way of Allah?" reverting to the initial discourse, "and spend out of that in which He has made you successors."
"And to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth," He remains and everything else perishes. "Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest and fought," in this there is a transposition: those among you who spent before the conquest and fought are not equal, and it refers to the conquest of Mecca.
"Those are greater in degree than those who spent afterwards and fought. And to all, Allah has promised"
﴿وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلَّا تُنْفِقُوا فِي سَبِيل الله﴾ رَجَعَ إِلَى الْكَلَام الأول ﴿وَأَنْفِقُوا مِمَّا جعلكُمْ مستخلفين فِيهِ﴾.
﴿وَللَّه مِيرَاث السَّمَاوَات وَالْأَرْض﴾ يبقي وَيهْلك كل شَيْء ﴿لَا يَسْتَوِي مِنْكُمْ مَنْ أَنْفَقَ مِنْ قبل الْفَتْح وَقَاتل﴾ فِيهَا تقديمٌ: لَا يَسْتَوِي من أنْفق مِنْكُم من قبل الْفَتْح وَقَاتل، وَهُوَ فتح مَكَّة.
(أُوْلَئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا مِن بَعْدُ وَقَاتَلُوا وَكُلاًّ وَعَدَ اللَّهُ
