"No disaster strikes upon the earth," meaning: drought and the deficiency of crops, "nor among yourselves," meaning: illnesses and calamities in the bodies, "except that it is in a register before We bring it into being," meaning: before We create it. Some interpret it as: before He created the heavens and the earth. "Indeed, that, for Allah, is easy," meaning: simple.
﴿مَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ فِي الأَرْض﴾ يَعْنِي: الجدوبة وَنقص الثِّمَار ﴿وَلا فِي أَنفسكُم﴾ يَعْنِي: الْأَمْرَاض والبلايا فِي الأجساد ﴿إِلا فِي كِتَابٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَن نبرأها﴾ نخلقها تَفْسِير بَعضهم: من قبل أَن يخلق السَّمَاوَات وَالْأَرْض ﴿إِنَّ ذَلِك على الله يسير﴾ هَين.
