going out during the day for her needs, she may go out; however, she shall not spend the night anywhere except in her house. "Unless they commit a clear immorality." Ibn Umar’s interpretation: He said that clear immorality is her going out during her waiting period. "And these are the limits of Allah," meaning the rulings of Allah. "And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah," meaning he goes beyond what Allah has commanded, "has certainly wronged himself," meaning through his disobedience without [associating] partners [with Allah]. "You do not know; perhaps Allah will bring about after that a matter," meaning: the return [to reconciliation]. He returned to the beginning of the Surah: "So divorce them for their prescribed waiting period and count the waiting period," meaning: he has the right of return [reconciliation] as long as the waiting period has not expired in the first or second divorce.
