is three months, as well as those who have not yet menstruated."

Muhammad said: They asked and said: "We already know the waiting period for one who menstruates, so what is the waiting period for one who does not menstruate?" It was said: "if you are in doubt," meaning: if you are in doubt, then their waiting period is three months.

His statement: "And those who are pregnant, their term is that they deliver their burden." This verse abrogated the one in Surat al-Baqarah: "And those who are taken in death among you and leave behind wives, they [the wives] should wait for themselves four months and ten [days]." It abrogated the pregnant woman from it and set her term as the time she delivers her burden. If she is not pregnant, whether she is old or young, or someone who does not menstruate, her waiting period is four months and ten days.
