"But when it descends into their courtyard," [meaning: descends upon their abode], "then evil is the morning of those who have been warned" [meaning: the Banu Qurayza and the Banu al-Nadir]. Al-Hasan's interpretation is: it means the first blast; through it, Allah destroys the disbelievers of the end of this nation.
﴿فَإِذا نزل بِسَاحَتِهِمْ﴾ [أَي: نزل بدارهم] ﴿فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذرين﴾ [يُرِيد: قُرَيْظَة وَالنضير] تَفْسِير الْحَسَن: يَعْنِي: النفخة الأولى؛ بهَا يهْلك اللَّه كفار آخر هَذِه الْأمة
