"And the one who has brought the truth"—Muhammad, who brought the Quran—"and they who believed in it"—meaning: the believers; they believed in what Muhammad brought—"those are the righteous."
﴿وَالَّذِي جَاءَ بِالصّدقِ﴾ محمدٌ جَاءَ بِالْقُرْآنِ ﴿وَصَدَّقَ بِهِ﴾ يَعْنِي: الْمُؤمنِينَ؛ صدَّقوا بِمَا جَاءَ بِهِ مُحَمَّد ﴿أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُونَ﴾.
