"And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne" (Qur'an 39:75), meaning: encircling it. "And it will be judged between them in truth" (Qur'an 39:75), meaning: it will be settled. "And it will be said, 'Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds'" (Qur'an 39:75). The believers will say this; they will praise Allah for what He has granted them.
﴿وَتَرَى الْمَلائِكَةَ حَافِّينَ مِنْ حَوْلِ الْعَرْش﴾ أَي: مُحْدِقين ﴿وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ﴾ أَي: فُصِلَ ﴿وَقِيلَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رب الْعَالمين﴾ قَالَه الْمُؤْمِنُونَ؛ حمدوا اللَّه عَلَى مَا أَعْطَاهُم.
