Regarding His saying: "It is He who shows you His signs"—that which He shows to His servants of His power— "and sends down to you from the sky, provision"—meaning the rain; i.e., in it is the provision for the servants— "and none will remember except he who turns back [to Allah]"—meaning he who is sincere to Allah.
قَوْله: ﴿هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ﴾ مَا أرَاهُ العبادَ من قدرته ﴿وَيُنَزِّلُ لَكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ رِزْقًا﴾ الْمَطَر؛ يَعْنِي: فِيهِ أرزاق الْعباد ﴿وَمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ إِلا مَنْ يُنِيبُ﴾ يخلص لله
