تفسير القرآن العزيز لابن أبي زمنين
مجلد 4 · صفحة 442٤٦

الترجمة · EN

"[The Fire, they are exposed to it, morning and evening]" Mujahid said: This means what was in the worldly life.

Yahya [narrated] from Hammad, from Abu Harun al-'Abdi, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) mentioned in the hadith of the night he was taken on the Night Journey (Isra'): "That he passed by the path of the people of Pharaoh, where they were being led to the Fire, being exposed to it morning and evening. When they see it, they say: 'Our Lord, do not let the Hour occur!' because of what they see of the punishment of Allah."

"[And on the Day the Hour is established, 'Admit the people of Pharaoh]"—meaning: the people of his creed, with Pharaoh among them—"[to the severest punishment]."
