"He has ordained for you," meaning: He has prescribed; according to the interpretation of al-Hasan. "of the religion what He enjoined upon," meaning: what He commanded; "Noah, and that which We revealed to you, and what We enjoined upon," meaning: what We commanded; "Abraham and Moses."
