Yahya said: It reached me that the Prophet ﷺ said to him: "Yes, Allah will give you life after your death, then He will cause you to enter the Fire." So Allah revealed: "Say, 'He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing.'"
قَالَ يَحْيَى: فبلغني أَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ: " نعم يُحْيِيك اللَّه بعد موتك، ثمَّ يدْخلك النَّار "؟ فَأنْزل اللَّه ﴿قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا الَّذِي أَنْشَأَهَا﴾ خلقهَا ﴿أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ﴾.
