"[He] in whose hand is the dominion" (meaning: sovereignty) "of all things, and to Him you shall be returned" on the Day of Resurrection.
﴿الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ملكوت﴾ (أَي: ملك) ﴿كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ﴾ يَوْم الْقِيَامَة.
