{And those who disbelieve enjoy themselves} {in the worldly life} {and eat as the grazing livestock eat}, meaning they are heedless of the Hereafter, {and the Fire is their lodging}, meaning: their dwelling-place—that is to say: those who disbelieved.
﴿وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَتَمَتَّعُونَ﴾ ﴿فِي الدُّنْيَا﴾ (وَيَأْكُلُونَ كَمَا تَأْكُلُ الأَنْعَامُ﴾ وَهِي غافلة عَن الْآخِرَة ﴿وَالنَّارُ مَثْوًى لَّهُمْ﴾ أَي: منزلٌ، يَعْنِي: الَّذين كفرُوا.
