"The Day they emerge from the graves," meaning the tombs, "hastening" toward the caller of the Trumpet, "as if they were, toward an idol [nusubin]," that is, toward a set marker, in the reading of those who read it with a fathah on the nun and a sukun on the sad, "racing" [yufidun], meaning they are hastening.
﴿يَوْم يخرجُون من الأجداث﴾ الْقُبُور ﴿سرَاعًا﴾ إِلَى صَاحِبِ الصُّورِ ﴿كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَى نصب﴾ أَيْ: إِلَى عِلْمٍ مَنْصُوبٍ فِي قِرَاءَةِ مَنْ قَرَأَهَا بِنَصْبِ النُّونِ وَإِسْكَان الصَّاد ﴿يوفضون﴾ [يسرعون]
