Nafi' read it as (Tuwa) with a damma and it is diptote (ghayr masrufah), and al-Zajjaj mentioned that whoever reads it as (Tuwa) with the reading of Nafi', it is the name of the valley.
وَقَرَأَهَا نَافِعٌ (طُوَى) بِالضَّمِ غَيْرِ مَصْرُوفَةٍ، وَذَكَرَ الزَّجَّاجُ أَنَّ مَنْ قَرَأَهَا (طُوَى) بِحَرْفِ نَافِعٍ فَهُوَ اسْم الْوَادي.
