And the angels who descended before them, and an equal number with them. Until, when they reach the place of their companions, the earth will be illuminated by their faces, and the people of the earth will fall down prostrating, and they will say: 'Is our Lord among you?' They will say: 'He is not among us, and He is coming.' Then they will take their places in rows upon the earth. Then the people of the third heaven will descend, equal in number to those who are on the earth from among the Jinn, mankind, and the angels who descended before them, and an equal number with them. Until, when they reach the place of their companions, the earth will be illuminated by their faces, and the people of the earth will fall down prostrating, and they will say: 'Is our Lord among you?' They will say: 'He is not among us, and He is coming.' Then the people of the fourth heaven will descend with a corresponding multiplication, then the people of the fifth heaven will descend with a corresponding multiplication, then the people of the sixth heaven will descend with a corresponding multiplication, then the people of the seventh heaven will descend with a corresponding multiplication, until the Compeller—Blessed and Exalted be He—descends.

He said: "And the angels will bear the Throne of your Lord above them that Day, eight [of them]." The angels will carry it upon their shoulders with power, strength, goodness, and beauty. Until, when He sits upon His Throne, He will call out with His voice: "To whom belongs sovereignty today?" No one will answer Him, so He will reply to Himself: "[It belongs] to Allah, the One, the Prevailing. This day every soul will be recompensed for what it earned. No injustice today! Indeed, Allah is swift in account."
