"And [by] He who created the male and female" [Al-Layl: 3], meaning: He who created the male and the female—referring to Himself. And all of this is an oath.
﴿وَمَا خلق الذّكر﴾ أَيْ: وَالَّذِي خَلَقَ الذَّكَرَ وَالْأُنْثَى - يَعْنِي: نَفْسَهُ - وَهَذَا كُلُّهُ قَسَمٌ
