Then He said: "Is not Allah the wisest of the judges?" (A-laysa Allahu bi-ahkami al-hakimin), meaning: Indeed, He is the wisest of the judges.
ثُمَّ قَالَ: ﴿أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمين﴾ أَيْ: بَلَى هُوَ أَحْكَمُ الْحَاكِمِينَ
