Hasan (good)—due to the multiplicity of its paths. It was narrated by al-Tirmidhi (hadith no. 3215), who said: This is a Hasan (good) hadith.

2097: Believes: 3: Ibn Kathir said in his interpretation of this verse: This is a prohibition from Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, to the believers from marrying polytheistic women from among the idol worshippers. Then, if its generality is intended and it includes every polytheist woman, whether she be a person of the scripture or an idolater, then the women of the People of the Scripture have been exempted from that.

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade all categories of women except for those who were believing emigrant women, and he prohibited every religion other than the religion of Islam."

Hasan. It was narrated by al-Tirmidhi (hadith no. 3215), who said: This is a Hasan (good) hadith; we only know it through the hadith of 'Abd al-Hamid ibn Bahram. He said: I heard Ahmad ibn al-Hasan say: Ahmad ibn Hanbal said: There is no harm in the hadith of 'Abd al-Hamid ibn Bahram from Shahr ibn Hawshab.
