: 2378: Similar to that: 2: Tafsir Mujahid: (1/111).

: 2380: Ablution (Wudu'): 3: It is in Sahih Muslim that he, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to Mu'awiyah ibn al-Hakam al-Sulami when he spoke during the prayer: "This prayer is not suitable for any of the speech of men; it is only for glorifying Allah (Tasbih), magnifying Him (Takbir), and the remembrance of Allah."

Narrated by Muslim (p. 381), al-Nasa'i (1/259), Ahmad (5/447, 448), al-Bayhaqi (2/360), al-Tabarani (19/403), Ibn Abi Shaybah (2/432), al-Mishkat (978), al-Kanz (19915), al-Manthur (1/307), and al-Irwa' (2/112).

451: 2386: The station (al-Maqam): 1: In the hadith of 'Abd Allah ibn Unays al-Juhani, when the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, sent him to Khalid ibn Sufyan al-Hudhali to kill him—and it was near 'Arafah or 'Arafat—when he faced him, the time for the 'Asr prayer arrived. He said: I feared that I would miss it, so I began to pray, gesturing with my head (nodding). The long hadith was narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawud with a good (jayyid) chain of narration. This is from the concessions Allah has granted to His servants, removing from them the burdens and shackles.
