: 2934: Ease: 3: Narrated from Abu Umamah As'ad ibn Zurarah, Al-Tabarani said: 'Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Shu'ayb al-Marjani narrated to us, Yahya ibn Hakim al-Muqawwim narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Bakr al-Bursani narrated to us, 'Abdullah ibn Abi Umamah As'ad ibn Zurarah narrated to us, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is pleased that Allah should shade him on a day when there is no shade but His shade, then let him facilitate for someone in financial hardship or waive his debt for him."

Weak. Al-Targhib (2/47), Al-Manthur (1/369), Al-Kanz (15488), Ibn Kathir (1/491), and Al-Majma' (4/134). He attributed it to Al-Tabarani in "al-Kabir" via the path of 'Asim ibn 'Ubayd Allah from As'ad, and 'Asim is weak and did not meet As'ad ibn Zurarah.
