Among these is the statement of Abu Usayd Malik bin Rabi'ah, who was a veteran of Badr: "If I were with you now at Badr and had my sight, I would show you the mountain pass from which the angels emerged, without doubt or hesitation." Narrated by 'Uqayl from Al-Zuhri from Abu Hazim Salamah bin Dinar. Ibn Abi Hatim said: "It is not known for Al-Zuhri to have narrated this single Hadith from Abu Hazim." Abu Usayd is said to be the last of the Badr veterans to have died, as mentioned by Abu 'Amr in Al-Isti'ab and others.
