تفسير ابن أبي حاتم
مجلد 11 · صفحة 255

الترجمة · EN

860: 4761: You incline (tamilu): 1: Tafsir Mujahid (1/144) and Tafsir 'Abd al-Razzaq (1/147).

: 4764: You become poor (tafqaru): 2: Al-Qurtubi said in the interpretation of the words of the Almighty: "That is closer to not acting unjustly (a'ulu)", meaning that is closer to not inclining away from the truth and acting unjustly, from Ibn 'Abbas, Mujahid, and others.

861: 4768: Their bridal gifts (muhuruhunna): 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/451).

: 4769: A prescribed duty (faridah): 2: The previous source.

862: 4778: Muqatil: 1: The scholars agreed that a woman who is the master of her own affairs, if she gifts [her bridal gift] to her husband, it is binding upon her, and she has no right to retract it. However, Shurayh held the view that she may retract it, and he argued using the verse: "But if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you" (4:4), and if she was asking for it, she did not remit it of her own good pleasure. Ibn al-'Arabi said: This is invalid, because she has already remitted it and it has been consumed, so she has no claim; for the intention is not the physical act of consumption, but it is a metonymy for making it permissible and lawful, and this is clear.

: 4779: Blessed (mubarakan): 2: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/452).

863: 4785: Their value (qiyamuh): 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/452).

: 4786: Women (al-nisa'): 2: Tafsir Mujahid: (1/145).

: 4788: The servants (al-khadam): 3: The previous source of Ibn Kathir.

864: 4797: Puberty (al-hulm): 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (1/452).

: 4798: That (dhalika): 2: Tafsir Mujahid: (1/145).

865: 4799: Test them (ikhtaburuhum): 1: In Sunan Abi Dawud, from 'Ali, who said: I memorized from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "There is no orphanhood after reaching the age of puberty, and no silence from day until night."

Narrated by Abu Dawud (H/2873) and al-Bayhaqi (7/57, 320) and al-Tabarani in "al-Saghir".
