: 4807: The prayer (al-salah): 2: The jurists said: If a boy reaches the age of puberty in a state of being upright regarding his religion and wealth, the legal interdiction (hajr) is removed from him, and his wealth which was under the hand of his guardian is handed over to him. Most scholars are of the opinion that maturity (rushd) does not occur except after puberty, and that if he does not become mature after reaching the age of puberty, even if he grows old, the interdiction continues to be applied to him; this is the school of Malik and others.

: 4817: The orphan (al-yatim): 2: Abu Dawud narrated from the hadith of Husayn al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "I am poor and have nothing, and I have an orphan under my care." He said: "Eat from the wealth of your orphan without being extravagant, without squandering, and without accumulating wealth for yourself."
