(5/96), Al-Kanz (28662, 30319), and Sheikh al-Albani declared it da'if (weak). Da'if Ibn Majah (hadith/594) and Al-Irwa' (1664, 1665).

883: 4903: The third (al-thuluth): 1: Ibn Kathir said: "They harmed their mother while they do not inherit, and a single brother does not exclude her from the third, but more than that does exclude her. The scholars were of the view that they only excluded their mother from the third because their father arranges their marriage and provides for them, not their mother." This is a good statement.

: 4905: Their mother (ummuhum): 2: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (2/199).

And he said: "This is a good statement."

: 4906: To an heir (li-warith): 3: In the hadith narrated by al-Tirmidhi and others from Abu Umamah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah has given every possessor of a right his right, so there is no bequest to an heir. The child is for the bed (al-firaash), and the adulterer gets the stone; their reckoning is with Allah. Whoever claims to be from someone other than his father or attributes himself to other than his masters, upon him is the curse of Allah that follows until the Day of Resurrection. A woman should not spend from her husband’s house except with his permission." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, not even food?" He said: "That is the best of our wealth." Then he said: "A loan is to be repaid, a gift (minhah) is to be returned, a debt is to be settled, and the guarantor is responsible."

Sahih due to its supporting evidence (li-shawadihihi). Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (hadith/2120, 2121), al-Nasa'i in (Al-Wasaya, chapter 5), Ibn Majah (hadith/2713, 2714), Ahmad (4/186, 187, 238), al-Bayhaqi (6/85, 244, 264, 363), and Ibn Abi Shaybah (11/149).
