Imam Ahmad said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Umar ibn Muhammad ibn Zayd, that he heard Muhammad narrating from 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Jibril (Gabriel) kept advising me regarding the neighbor, until I thought that he would make him an heir."
