1634: 8659: and they supported: 1: Ibn Kathir said: "It appears regarding these reports—and Allah knows best—that they are from the traditions of the People of the Book."
And it is authentically narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "If the People of the Book speak to you, do not believe them, nor deny them."
