1811: 10311. Hadhtharana (He warned us): 1: Tafsir Mujahid: (1/281).

: 10313. Mawlana (Our Protector): 2: Al-Qurtubi said regarding the Almighty's saying: "He is our Mawla," meaning our Helper. Tawakkul (reliance) is the delegation of the matter to Him.

1812: 10318. Allah (God): 1: Tafsir Mujahid: (1/281).

: 10319. Bi-aydina (In our hands/power): 2: Ibn Abbas, Mujahid, Qatadah, and others said regarding the Almighty's saying: "And we wait for you (wa nahnu natarabbasu bikum)," meaning: We await for you.

1813: 10323. Wa birasulihi (And His Messenger): 1: The Sadiq al-Masduq (The Truthful and Truth-Confirmed), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, informed us: "Verily, Allah does not tire until you tire, and verily Allah is pure and does not accept anything but what is pure." Sahih. Narrated by Muslim in (Al-Zakat, h/65), Ahmad (2/328), Abd al-Razzaq (8839), al-Mishkah (2760), al-Jawami' (8472, 8474), Adhkar (363), al-Targhib (2/545), al-Qurtubi (11/69), Talkhis (2/96), al-Manthur (1/168, 5/10), al-Sahihah (3/128), al-Durar (44), and Ibn 'Adi in "al-Kamil" (1/264).

1814: 10328. Kafirun (Disbelievers): 1: Ibn Kathir said in his exegesis of this verse: Meaning: And He wants to cause them to die while they are in a state of disbelief, so that it may be more humiliating for them and more severe in their punishment—may Allah protect us from that—and this is a form of 'istidraj' (gradual drawing toward punishment) regarding what they are in.
