And Abu Dawud (h/1800), Ahmad (1/24), Ibn Khuzaymah (2617), Sharh al-Sunnah (7/73), al-Targhib (1/159, 208, 262), Nasb al-Rayah (3/100, 106), al-Mishkah (27585), al-Kanz (11973, 39752), and Ithaf (4/308).

1875: 10307. The verse: 1: Al-Manthur (3/272), Bidayah (5/27), al-Wahidi (175), al-Masir (3/496), al-Tabari (11/13), and al-Qurtubi (8/242).

1876: 10303. And sincerity: 1: Ibn Kathir said: This interpretation and corrupt understanding was refuted by Abu Bakr al-Siddiq and the rest of the Companions. They fought them until they paid the Zakat to the Caliph, just as they used to pay it to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), until al-Siddiq said: "By Allah, if they refused me a young she-goat." See: (Al-Tafsir: 2/386).

1877: 10051. The charities: 1: Sahih (authentic). Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (h/662), who said: This is a Hasan Sahih (good authentic) hadith. [Also narrated by] Ahmad (2/471), al-Manthur (1/365), al-Tabarani in al-Saghir (1/119), Sharh al-Sunnah (6/130), Ibn 'Adi in al-Kamil (4/1646), al-Qurtubi (8/251), and Ibn Kathir (1/288).

1878: 10055. And the believers: 1: Narrated by Abu Dawud (h/3233), al-Tirmidhi (h/2897), al-Nasa'i (2/171, 4/49-50), al-Bayhaqi (4/75, 10/123, 109), Ibn Abi Shaybah (3/367), al-Tabarani (19/156), Habib (1/7), and al-Hilyah (2/197).
