So, bring forth a surah like it, meaning: of the same type as this Quran, and seek help in doing so from whomever you can from among mankind and jinn. This is the third level of the challenge, for He, the Almighty, challenged them and invited them, if they were truthful in their claim that it is from Muhammad, to oppose him with something similar to what he brought alone, and to seek help from whomsoever they wish, or He informed them that they are unable to do so and have no way to accomplish it.

So whoever finds good, let him praise Allah, and whoever finds other than that, let him blame no one but himself."
