الترجمة · EN

12754: Seven (sab'ah): 5: Al-Manthur: (5/375-378).

12755: Anyone (ahadan): 6: Al-Qurtubi said: It is narrated that he—peace be upon him—asked the Christians of Najran about them, but he was forbidden from asking. In this is evidence prohibiting Muslims from referring to the People of the Book for anything regarding knowledge.

12756: We have related (qasasna): 7: Al-Manthur: (5/379).

2355: 12757: Most knowing (a'lam): 1: Al-Manthur: (5/378).

12758: I mentioned (dhakartu): 2: The previous source: (5/378-379).

12759: Allah: 3: The previous source: (5/378-379).

12760: His gathering (majlisahu): 4: The previous source: (5/378-379).

12761: His speech (kalamahu): 5: The previous source: (5/378-379).

12762: His right hand (yaminahu): 6: The previous source: (5/378-379).

12763: You became angry (ghadibta): 7: The previous source: (5/378-379).

12764: Years (sinin): 8: Tafsir al-Qurtubi: (6/4003).

2356: 12765: For how long they stayed (bima labithu): 1: Al-Qurtubi said: It is said: after their death until the Quran was revealed concerning them, according to the view of Mujahid. Or until they died, according to the view of Al-Dahhak. Or until the time they were altered by decay as previously mentioned. It is also said: "For how long they stayed" in the Cave, which is the duration that Allah the Exalted mentioned on behalf of the Jews, even if they mentioned an increase or decrease; meaning: no one knows that except Allah or those whom He has taught it, "To Him belongs the unseen of the heavens and the earth."

12768: What they stayed (ma labithu): 2: Al-Manthur: (5/379).

12769: And Exalted (wa-ta'ala): 3: The previous source: (5/379-381).

12770: Refuge (malja'): 4: The previous source: (5/379-381).

12771: The verse (al-ayah): 5: Narrated by Ibn 'Asakir in "Al-Tarikh" (7/391), Al-Targhib (2/404, 4/219), Al-Manthur (4/219), and Al-Hilya (5/117, 118, 127), and Al-Tabarani in "Al-Saghir" (2/109), and Al-Majma' (10/76), attributing it to Al-Tabarani as we mentioned, and it contains Muhammad ibn Hammad al-Kufi, who is weak.
