: 13949: It was slaughtered: 3: The previous source: (6/54). It is narrated from 'A'ishah - may Allah be pleased with her - that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no deed performed by the son of Adam on the Day of Sacrifice (Yawm al-Nahr) more beloved to Allah than the shedding of blood. It shall come on the Day of Resurrection with its horns, its hooves, and its hair, and the blood reaches a place of honor with Allah before it falls to the ground, so let your souls be pleased thereby."

Da'if (weak). Narrated by Ibn Majah (H/3126), Sharh al-Sunnah (4/342), al-Manthur (4/361), al-Mughni 'an Haml al-Asfar (1/266), Ibn Kathir (5/422), al-Mishkat (1470), al-Mughni 'an Haml al-Asfar (1/296), al-Mizan (10561), Lisan (7/1065), and al-Majruhin (3/151).

It was graded weak by Shaykh al-Albani. Da'if Ibn Majah (H/671).
