merchandise of his in the market, then he swore by Allah that he had been offered for it what he had not been offered, in order to deceive a man among the Muslims thereby, so this verse was revealed: "Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their [own] oaths for a small price," to the end of the verse.
His saying, the Exalted: "Those will have no share in the Hereafter"
[The First Aspect]
3723 - 'Isam b. Rawwad narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Abu Ja'far narrated to us, al-Rabi' b. Anas narrated to us, from Qays b. 'Abbad, from Ibn 'Abbas, concerning his saying: "Those will have no share in the Hereafter," he says: a portion. Abu Muhammad said: Something similar to this has been narrated from Mujahid and al-Suddi.
The Second Aspect:
3724 - Al-Hasan b. Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us, Ma'mar informed us, from Qatadah, regarding his saying: "Those will have no share in the Hereafter," he said: They have no standing before Allah in the Hereafter. Ma'mar said: And al-Hasan said: He has no religion.
His saying, the Exalted: "And Allah will not speak to them, nor will He look at them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them"

3725 - Yunus b. al-A'la informed us by way of reading, Ibn Wahb informed us, Yahya b. Ayyub informed me, from Zayyan b. Fa'id, from Sahl b. Mu'adh, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Among the servants are servants to whom Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, nor will He cleanse them, nor will He look at them." They said: Who are those, O Messenger of Allah? He said: "The one who disowns his parents, turning away from them, the one who disowns his child, and a man to whom a people showed kindness, but he denied their favor and disowned them."
3726 - Muhammad b. Isma'il al-Ahmasi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "There are three whom Allah will not speak to, nor look at on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and they will have a painful punishment: A man who withheld from the wayfarer surplus water that he possessed, a man who swore a false oath after the afternoon prayer on merchandise, so he was believed and it was purchased based on his word, and a man who pledged allegiance to an Imam; if he gave him [something], he would fulfill it for him, and if he did not give him [anything], he would not fulfill it for him."

سِلْعَةً لَهُ فِي السُّوقِ فَحَلَفَ بِاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أَعْطَى بِهَا مَا لَمْ يُعْطَهُ، لِيُوقِعَ فِيهَا رَجُلا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلا إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ «١» .
قَولُهُ تَعَالَى: أُولَئِكَ لَا خلاق لهم في الآخرة

٣٧٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ رَوَّادٍ، ثنا آدَمُ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ قيس ابن عَبَّادٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَعْنِي قَوْلَهَ: لَا خَلاقَ لَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ يَقُولُ:
نَصِيبٌ. قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ وَالسُّدِّيِّ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

٣٧٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: لَا خَلاقَ لَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ جِهَةٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ. قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: لَيْسَ لَهُ دِينٌ.
قَولُهُ تَعَالَى: وَلا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلَا ينظر إليهم يوم القيامة ولا يزكيهم

٣٧٢٥ - أخبرنا يونس بن الأَعْلَى قِرَاءَةً، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ زَيَّانَ بْنِ فَائِدٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مِنَ الْعِبَادِ عِبَادٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلا يُزَكِّيهِمْ، وَلا يُطَهِّرُهُمْ، وَلا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ. قَالُوا: مَنْ أُولَئِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: الْمُتَبَرِّئُ مِنْ وَالِدَيْهِ رَغْبَةً عَنْهُمَا، وَالْمُتَبَرِّئُ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ، وَرَجُلٌ أَنْعَمَ عَلَيْهِ قَوْمٌ فَكَفَرَ نِعْمَتَهُمْ وَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ «٢» .
٣٧٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأَحْمَسِيُّ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ثَلاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ، وَلا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ مَنَعَ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ فَضْلَ مَاءٍ عِنْدَهُ، وَرَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى سِلْعَةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ كَاذِبًا فَصَدَّقَةُ فَاشْتَرَاهَا بِقَوْلِهِ، وَرَجُلٌ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا فَإِنْ أَعْطَاهُ وَفَّى لَهُ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْطِهِ لَمْ يف له «٣» .
