Abu Muhammad said: It was reported from Ibn 'Abbas, al-Sha'bi, al-Hakam b. 'Utaybah, Mujahid, al-Rabi' b. Anas, and al-Dahhak, something similar to that.

2192 - My father narrated to us, Mu'alla b. Asad narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz b. al-Mukhtar, and Wuhayb and Khalid b. They both said: So he asked him about a nephew of his who married a woman, then a separation occurred between them while she was pregnant, and she concealed her pregnancy until she gave birth. "Does he have the right to take her back?" He said: "No." He said: This was hard for the Bedouin. Sa'id said to him: "What would you do with a woman who does not believe in Allah and the Last Day?" He continued to discourage him from her until he became uninterested in her.
2194 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya b. Lahi'ah narrated to us, 'Ata' narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr, regarding the saying of Allah: "And the Last Day," meaning: And they believe in the unseen which contains the reward for deeds.
The saying of the Most High: "And their husbands have more right to take them back in that, if they wish for reconciliation."

يَحِلُّ لَهَا إِنْ كَانَتْ حَامِلا، أَنْ تَكْتُمَ حَمْلَهَا، وَلا يَحِلُّ لَهَا إِنْ كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَنْ تَكْتُمَ حَيْضَهَا.

٢١٩٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ، وَوهَيْبٌ وَخَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، فِي هَذِهِ الآيَةِ وَلا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَنْ يَكْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ قَالَ: هُوَ الْحَيْضُ.
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: وَرُوِيَ عن عطية، وأحد الرِّوَايَاتِ عَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ، نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.

٢١٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَيُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالا ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ وَاصِلِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ: جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَسَأَلَ:
مَنْ أَعْلَمُ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ؟ فَقِيلَ لَهُ: سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ. فَسَأَلَ عَنْهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ فِي حَلْقَةٍ، وَهُوَ حَدِيثُ السِّنِّ. زَادَ يُوسُفُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ هَذَا الْحَدَثَ. فَقِيلَ لَهُ: هُوَ هَذَا. قَالا:
جَمِيعًا فَسَأَلَهُ ابْنُ أَخٍ لَهُ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، ثُمَّ عَرَضَ بَيْنَهُمَا فِرْقَةٌ، وَبِهَا حَبَلٌ، فَكَتَمَتْ حَبَلَهَا حَتَّى وَضَعَتْ. هَلْ لَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا؟ قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: فَاشْتَدَّ عَلَى الأَعْرَابِيِّ. فَقَالَ لَهُ سَعِيدٌ: مَا تَصْنَعُ بِامْرَأَةٍ لَا تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ. فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يُزَهِّدُهُ فِيهَا حَتَّى زَهِدَ فِيهَا.
٢١٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا نحيى ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ يَعْنِي: وَيُصَدِّقُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ الَّذِي فِيهِ جَزَاءُ الأَعْمَالِ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ إِنْ أَرَادُوا إِصْلاحًا
