[6770] Abu Zur‘ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn ‘Abd Allah narrated to us, Ibn Lahi‘ah narrated to me, ‘Ata’ ibn Dinar narrated to me from Sa‘id regarding His saying: "And avert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer—so will you not then desist?" This is the threat of prohibition. They said: "We have desisted, O our Lord." So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever has any of it, let him neither sell it nor drink it."
His saying: "And obey Allah and obey the Messenger"
[6771] Through the same chain from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr regarding Allah's saying: "And obey Allah and obey the Messenger," meaning: in the prohibition of wine, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone altars, and divining arrows.
His saying: "But if you turn away"
[6772] Through the same chain from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr regarding His saying: "But if you turn away," meaning: you turn away from obeying it.
His saying: "Then know that upon Our Messenger"
[6773] Through the same chain from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr regarding His saying: "Then know that upon Our Messenger," meaning: Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
His saying: "Is only the clear conveyance"
[6774] Through the same chain from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr regarding Allah's saying: "Is only the clear conveyance," meaning: that he should clarify the prohibition of that, in the description of the deeds of the believers and what is prepared for them in their wealth.
His saying: "There is no sin upon those who believe and do righteous deeds"
[6775] Yunus ibn Habib narrated to us, Dawud narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us from Abu Ishaq from al-Bara’, he said: "When the prohibition of wine was revealed, they said: 'What about those who used to drink it before it was forbidden?' Then was revealed: 'There is no sin upon those who believe and do righteous deeds for what they consumed...' (the verse).
His saying: "If they fear [Allah] and believe and do righteous deeds"
[6776] Ahmad ibn Sinan al-Wasiti narrated to us, Muhammad ibn ‘Umar ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Rumi narrated to me, ‘Ali ibn Mushir narrated to me from al-A‘mash from Ibrahim from ‘Alqamah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Mas‘ud, he said: "When it was revealed: 'There is no sin upon those who believe and do righteous deeds for what they consumed if they fear [Allah] and believe and do righteous deeds,' the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: 'It was said to me: You are among them.'"

٦٧٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَيَصُدَّكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَعَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُنْتَهُونَ فَهَذَا وَعِيدُ التَّحْرِيمِ. قَالُوا قَدِ انْتَهَيْنَا يَا رَبَّنَا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ شَيْءٌ فَلا يَبِعْهَا وَلا يَشْرَبْهَا.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ
٦٧٧١ - وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ يَعْنِي فِي تَحْرِيمِ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْسِرِ وَالأَنْصَابِ وَالأَزْلامِ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ
٦٧٧٢ - وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَوْلَهُ: فَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ: يَعْنِي أَعْرَضْتُمْ عَنْ طاعتها.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا عَلَى رَسُولِنَا
٦٧٧٣ - وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَوْلَهُ: فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا عَلَى رَسُولِنَا يَعْنِي مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: الْبَلاغُ الْمُبِينُ
٦٧٧٤ - وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: الْبَلاغُ الْمُبِينُ يَعْنِي أَنْ يُبَيِّنَ تَحْرِيمَ ذَلِكَ. فِي صِفَةِ أعمال المؤمنين وما أعد لهم في أَمْوَالِهِمْ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: لَيْسَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جُنَاحٌ
٦٧٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثنا دَاوُدُ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ: لَمَّا نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ. قَالُوا: كَيْفَ بِمَنْ كَانَ يَشْرَبُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُحَرَّمَ. فَنَزَلَتْ لَيْسَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا طعموا..... «١» الْآيَةُ
