and follow him in guidance, so Allah the Almighty informed that no one believes except for those who were already decreed for happiness in the original record.

His saying: "Only they respond."

7251 - Abu Sa‘id al-Ashajj narrated to us, Abu Usamah narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Muhammad ibn Juhadah, from al-Hasan, regarding "Only those who hear will respond," he said: The believers. It was also narrated from Mujahid something similar.

His saying, the Almighty: "Those who hear."

7252 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding His saying: "Only those who hear will respond," he said: The believers (respond) to the remembrance.

His saying: "And the dead."

7254 - Abu Sa‘id narrated to us, Abu Usamah narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Muhammad ibn Juhadah, from al-Hasan regarding "And the dead; Allah will resurrect them," he said: The disbelievers.

7255 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding His saying: "And the dead," he said: The disbelievers, when Allah resurrects them with the dead.

His saying: "And they said, 'Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?'"

His saying: "And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings."
